How do I change or cancel a hotel reservation?

Any change or cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee, plus any applicable penalties, depending on the cutoff-date and according to each property's rules and restrictions. Any applicable fees will be displayed during the reservation process. (Please refer to your reservation details page).

Any change or cancellation will result in fees from $25.00 up to the full cost of your accommodation. Changes or cancellations made AFTER the check-in date will be subject to a 100% penalty. Once you have checked into a hotel you cannot cancel or receive credit for unused nights if you check out early.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so in one of the following ways:

  • Cancel your reservation online by retrieving your reservation in the "Reservation Information" area on home page of our site (lower right corner). To open your reservation you must enter your email address and the last four digits of the credit card used when you placed the booking. Please click “Select” to view the details of your order. At the bottom of the page is a link titled “Cancel this reservation.” Please click that link and follow the instructions to cancel the reservation.
  • Contact us with your questions by calling our toll free number at 1-888-8-BOOK-IT (888-826-6548) or 212-730-4818 Monday to Friday, 8AM-10PM EST, Saturday and Sunday 10AM-6PM EST.
  • Please do not contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.

Who do I contact to cancel my reservation?

Customers must contact Hotelrooms365 directly and NOT the hotel for any changes to existing confirmed reservations or to cancel a confirmed reservation. Please note that reservations cancelled or changed directly with the hotel will be subject to a penalty of one night’s room and tax charge.

How do I Access and review / print my current reservations?

Current itineraries can be viewed any time in the "Reservation Information" area on home page of our site (lower right corner).
To view your reservation you must enter your email address and the last four digits of the credit card used when you placed the booking. Please click “Select” to view the details of your order. To print a copy, click on the “Print this page” icon on the right-hand side.

What if I made a mistake while making my reservation? Will I be penalized?

It is extremely important that you carefully review your reservation details and that you understand the policies before entering your credit card information to purchase your reservation. At the time of booking, when you entered your credit card information and selected “Submit” you acknowledged that you read and accepted the terms and conditions of your booking. However, if an error is discovered please contact us by phone immediately and we will make every effort to assist with your booking. Please note, however, that you will be liable for any penalties enforced by our vendors. What should I do if I didn’t receive my email confirmation for my reservation?

After completing and submitting your booking, you should receive a confirmation page with your Reservation Details and Confirmation. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check the Spam folder in your email account to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to that folder. You may also want to add Hotelrooms365 to your “allowed” senders list so you can receive free e-mail alerts about savings, specials.  If you do not receive your confirmation email, you can always verify your reservation by visiting the home page of our site and filling out the requested information in the "Reservation Information" area (lower right corner).

I emailed you with a request / question and didn’t hear back- what do I do?

We try to answer all email messages within 24hours from the time they are received. If however you do not hear from us within a specified timeframe, please call us at 1-888-8-BOOK-IT (888-826-6548) or 212-730-4818 Monday to Friday, 8AM-10PM EST, Saturday and Sunday 10AM-6PM EST. We do not accept cancellations via email.

Do I have to provide my credit card information to the hotel upon check-in?

Even though your booking is prepaid by you when you place an order, it covers only room and applicable tax charges. Hotels require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover any incidental costs such as meals, laundry, mini-bar, telephone and parking, which are not included in your reservation rate.
